Welcome inside

On the outskirts of Ærøskøbing, this beautiful and thoroughly renovated villa welcomes you with a view that immediately makes your shoulders lower. Here, the home opens up to the South Funen Archipelago, where the gaze can wander over the water, and where the ferries between Svendborg and Ærøskøbing glide quietly past as part of the living panorama of everyday life.

The villa, which was originally built in 1937, has undergone an extensive renovation until 2015, where comfort, quality and views have been thought into every single detail. On the 1st floor you will find the bright kitchen/family room, where large windows invite nature and the sea all the way inside. Here, morning coffee can be enjoyed with a view of the archipelago, and the day's meals are given a very special setting.

The property has 3 bedrooms, all furnished with an eye for comfort and tranquility. Several of the rooms have their own views, and the attached bathrooms are made of beautiful materials with underfloor heating, so that both family, guests and holidaymakers can enjoy their stay in a relaxed and inviting setting.

In the basement, another special highlight awaits: a well-appointed wellness bathroom with a large spa, double shower cubicle and access to the sauna, where the windows facing the sea make the experience quite unique. Here, space has been created for well-being, presence and the small moments of luxury that make the holiday memorable.

Enjoy life outside

The outdoor life unfolds beautifully around the property. The large courtyard provides good parking opportunities, while the garden invites you to relax, play and cozy moments under the open sky. Here there is room for both quiet mornings, long summer evenings and a game of pétanque in good company.

From the property, a path leads down to the water, so you can easily feel the island's special proximity to the sea. Here, nature is never far away, and every day can begin or end with a walk in the open air, where the light, air and view remind you why Ærø is so special.

At the end of the field runs the popular Archipelago Trail, where one of Ærø's beautiful hiking and cycling routes takes you through a natural area along the water. The route continues over the dam towards Kragnæs, Ommel and Marstal and provides ample opportunity to experience the island's landscape up close – at your own pace.

Here you get a property where indoor and outdoor life come together. A place where the view follows you from morning to evening, and where the setting is created for both holiday, contemplation and community.

Get close to local experiences

With a short distance to the old and idyllic market town of Ærøskøbing, you are close to everything that makes island life so desirable. The city, popularly known as the "Fairytale City", is known for its colorful, charming and well-maintained houses, cobbled streets and an atmosphere that must be experienced.

Ærøskøbing is not only beautiful to look at – it is alive. Behind the fine facades is a vibrant local community with cafés, restaurants, shops, school, kindergarten, shopping and ferry connection. Here you will meet locals, holidaymakers and brides and grooms who have chosen the city's romantic setting for their big day. This gives the city a special atmosphere of presence, history and joie de vivre.

The area around Ærøskøbing is protected and just as unique as the town itself. At Vesterstrand, the iconic beach houses lie like pearls on a string, and the ferries MF Marstal and MF Ærøskøbing connect the island with Svendborg almost hourly. This makes it easy to get here – and difficult to leave here.

Ærø is a small community with a big heart. Here you will find everything from schools, sports halls and activity centres to specialist shops, therapists, eateries and free bus service around the island. It's island life at its best: safe, close and full of opportunities.

At Feriepartner, we know the area, the people and the small places that make a holiday on Ærø very special. We are present, available and close by – local holiday home experts with their hearts in the right place. That's why we don't just help with a house; We help create the framework where good holiday memories are allowed to begin.
