Gjerrild Nord­s­trand

Just 15 km from Grenaa is the holiday area, Gjerrild Nord­s­trand. The beach has been awarded Blue Flag-cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, and for good reason. Here you can enjoy the clear waters, fine sand and calm sur­ro­un­dings. Perfect for splashing, relaxing and playing. The area is close to the town of Gjerrild and the natural pheno­menon of Gjerrild Klint, which is a 35 metre high lime cliff. From here you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce the im­pres­si­ve views and, if you are into angling, you can try your luck with a fishing rod. In this area you will find several paths and trails that connect Gjerrild and Bønnerup. Put on your hiking shoes and explore nature.
