Here you will find, among other things, Bjørnsknu­de, a long and pointed peninsula that stretches ki­lo­metres into the sea, where Vejle Fjord and Horsens Fjord meet. And right here, you might get lucky and catch both sea trout and hornfish.

Pøt Strandby is a holiday home area on the east coast of Jutland with views of Kattegat. The area offers the most beautiful beach with white sand and calm, shallow waters and lush forest areas. With its fine swimming conditions, the beach is extremely child-friendly and perfect for playing in the water, clamshell hunting as well as making sand castles under clear blue skies. You can also explore local wildlife in the area’s many forest areas with both bicycling and hiking trails. Pøt Strandby is located close to Juelsminde and Horsens, where you will find several different shopping opportunities, cosy cafes and cultural attractions.
