Welcome inside: From the outside, the house features a charming red wooden façade that blends beau­ti­ful­ly with the green garden. Inside, the holiday home is bright and pra­cti­cal­ly furnished with an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, dis­hwas­her, and a fridge with freezer.

The living room has direct access to a covered terrace and includes a cozy dining area, wood-burning stove, TV, and DVD player. In the entrance area, you will find both a washing machine and a microwave. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.

The house offers two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Heating is provided by a heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heating. Please note that the annex is not available, as it is locked by the owner.

Free wireless internet is available, and final cleaning is mandatory. Rental to craftsmen for business purposes is not permitted.

Enjoy life outside: The 943 m² property features a lovely covered wooden terrace where you can enjoy long, relaxing evenings. Garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue are also provided.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located near Kelstrup Strand with beautiful views of open fields and within easy walking distance of the water. The child-friendly sandy beach is only 600 meters away and has very few stones. During the summer season, a bathing jetty is installed.

The nearest grocery store is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 3 km away. The area is also ideal for fishing, espe­ci­al­ly for sea trout in spring and autumn. Flatfish and cod can also be caught here, as deeper waters are found close to the shore.

Kelstrup Strand is located about 10 km from Slagelse, a larger town offering a wide range of shops, cafés, and re­stau­rants.
