Welcome inside: This inviting holiday home treats you to bre­ath­taking views of Ka­lund­borg Fjord, which can be enjoyed directly from both the kitchen and the living areas. The fun­ctio­nal, well-equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob, extractor hood, and fridge/freezer, with direct access to a lovely terrace—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in tranquil sur­ro­un­dings. In addition, a practical utility room with dis­hwas­her, microwave, and washing machine ensures a com­fortab­le and con­ve­ni­ent stay.

The living room is bright and modern, with large windows that flood the space with natural light and bring the fjord and sur­ro­un­ding nature indoors. From here, you have access to a cosy con­ser­va­tory with a corner sofa and a partially covered terrace, perfect for unwinding. The living area also includes a dining space, com­fortab­le sofas, a wood-burning stove, and a snug corner with armchairs and a TV with Boxer subscrip­tion. The bathroom is well appointed with a shower, bathtub, and un­der­floor heating, and there is also an ad­di­tio­nal guest toilet. The house offers three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with a spacious bunk bed (90 x 200). Heating is provided by a heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heating.

Enjoy life outside: The holiday home is set on a 1,011 m² plot and features a spacious south-facing terrace, partially covered and ideal for enjoying the stunning fjord views. A charming morning terrace can also be found in the courtyard. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue—perfect for long, relaxing summer days. The beach is just 200 metres from the house, making it easy to enjoy a re­fres­hing swim or a leisurely walk along the shoreline.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The house is located on the southern side of Røsnæs, sur­ro­un­ded by varied and beautiful natural landsca­pes with views of both the fjord and the peninsula’s di­stin­cti­ve terrain. The hilly sur­ro­un­dings are ideal for walking and cycling, and both a bathing beach and a scenic 18-hole golf course are within easy reach. Denmark’s largest vineyard is just 3 km from the house and offers guided tours. The tip of Røsnæs, ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 10 km away, features protected natural areas, a ligh­t­hou­se with specta­cu­lar views, and an extensive network of walking and cycling trails.

The centre of Ka­lund­borg is only 7 km away and offers a wide range of shops, spe­ci­a­li­ty stores, cafés, and re­stau­rants. Here you can also explore the charming old town and visit the iconic five-towered church. The nearest grocery store is located about 5 km from the house.
