The living room benefits from plenty of natural light through large windows and has direct access to the terrace. It features a cosy dining area, a com­fortab­le sofa and armchairs. The bathroom is bright and fun­ctio­nal with a shower cubicle, sauna and whirlpool for extra comfort and wellbeing. On cooler days, light the wood-burning stove and enjoy the cosy holiday at­mosp­he­re. There is also a separate guest toilet with a washbasin connected to one of the bedrooms.

The property offers three com­fortab­le bedrooms in total. In addition, there is a cosy alcove in the living room with space for two extra sleeping places.

Enjoy life outside: The holiday home is set on a lovely large plot with a beautiful partially covered wooden terrace. From the house you can enjoy a nice sea view, as well as a glimpse of the Great Belt Bridge, while relaxing in the sun or preparing dinner on the barbecue. Garden furniture, sun loungers, a swing set with slide and a sandpit are available for guests. The garden offers plenty of space for play, ball games and outdoor acti­vi­ties for children. On the other side of the house there is also a terrace with benches and a table, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in shelter or shade.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located at Kelstrup Strand with beautiful sea views and just a very short walk from the water and the child-friendly sandy beach. The nearest grocery shop is around 3 km from the house. The area is also ideal for fishing, espe­ci­al­ly for sea trout in spring and autumn. There are also good op­portu­ni­ties to catch flatfish and cod, as the deep water lies close to the coast. Kelstrup Strand is about 10 km from Slagelse, which offers a wide selection of shops, cafés and re­stau­rants.
