Welcome inside: This charming, cosy, and light-filled holiday house offers 162 m² of living space and has been carefully renovated with attention to quality and comfort. The house is ta­ste­ful­ly furnished with art, textiles, and designer pieces, creating a warm and stylish at­mosp­he­re.

The house features a large kitchen open to the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in oven, stovetop, fridge/freezer, and dis­hwas­her, making meal pre­pa­ra­tion during your stay easy and con­ve­ni­ent.

There are two spacious and cosy living rooms, each with direct access to the terrace, featuring a large sofa lounge, grill, and more. The living rooms include a wood-burning stove, dining area, and a com­fortab­le sofa area with Smart TV and access to streaming services (requires personal login).

The house has three well-appointed bedrooms with ample storage: one with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds each.There are two modern bathrooms with showers. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a practical utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an extra workshop area with a fridge.

A separate out­bu­il­ding houses a sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring nature.

The house is heated with un­der­floor heating via an energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump, com­ple­men­ted by a wood-burning stove in the living room, creating extra comfort on cooler days.

Enjoy life outside: The house is set on a 1,369 m² plot with a large, modern wooden terrace. The terrace is partially covered, and the out­bu­il­ding provides bicycles, fishing gear, and sports equipment for free use. Around the house, you’ll find garden furniture, a terrace heater, parasol, hanging sofa, gas grill, playhouse, tram­po­li­ne, outdoor shower, and a swing set for children.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located in the second row from the water, just 150 meters from a beautiful, child-friendly, and peaceful beach on the Great Belt, which has received the Blue Flag several years in a row. The area is scenic and offers excellent op­portu­ni­ties for walks along the water or in Bildsø Forest, which lies directly on the Great Belt. The forest also features a “nature training trail” open to the public.

The local beaches are con­si­de­red among the best swimming beaches in West Zealand. Stillinge Strand, with shops, cafés, re­stau­rants, and ice cream stands, is only a 5-minute drive away. The house is also close to the three charming towns of Korsør, Skælskør, and Slagelse, offering plenty of at­tra­ctions, shopping, cafés, and re­stau­rants.
