Welcome inside: The house features an open-plan layout with a combined kitchen and living area, creating a bright and inviting at­mosp­he­re. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dis­hwas­her, fridge with freezer, microwave, airfryer, and un­der­floor heating – perfect for family holidays and cozy cooking ex­pe­ri­en­ces.

The living area offers a com­fortab­le sofa, wood-burning stove, heat pump, TV with Waoo small TV package, and a generous dining area for shared meals. The stylish bathroom includes a sauna, spa bath with water and air massage, shower, un­der­floor heating, washing machine, and tumble dryer – ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the sur­ro­un­ding nature.

There are three bedrooms: two with double beds, one of which has its own TV, and one with two single beds. For the youngest guests, a crib and high chair are provided. The summer house offers free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and final cleaning is mandatory.

Please note: The house is not rented for com­merci­al con­struction use or to youth groups where all members are between 15–25 years old.

Enjoy life outside: The house sits on a fully fenced 1,275 m² plot, perfect for dogs. The fence is 70 cm high, ensuring your dog can play safely. There are two lovely wooden terraces, one partially covered, as well as a playhouse, sandbox, garden furniture, gas grill, parasol, and bicycle. There is also a charging station for electric cars (Type 2 plug, bring your own cable).

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The summer house is located at the end of a quiet, closed road, only 200 meters from a popular bathing beach and 400 meters from re­stau­rants and shopping options. Stillinge Beach is known as one of the best beaches in West Zealand. Slagelse, the main com­merci­al town in West Zealand, is 10 km away, offering great shopping in charming pe­de­stri­an streets and shopping centers. For dog owners, the nearest dog forest in Høng is just 11 km away.
