Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this bright and newly renovated holiday house, where comfort, a cosy interior, and a beautiful location close to the beach and nature create the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ce.

Welcome inside: This lovely and newly renovated summer house appears bright and inviting with vaulted ceilings in almost all rooms, creating a pleasant and spacious at­mosp­he­re. The house is arranged with an open-plan kitchen and living area combined with the lounge. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a built-in oven, hob, dis­hwas­her, microwave, and fridge/freezer.

The living room offers wonderful natural light from the large windows and has direct access to the terrace. Here you will find a wood-burning stove, a cosy dining area, com­fortab­le sofas and armchairs, as well as a TV with YouSee TV package. The bathroom is bright and fun­ctio­nal with a shower, un­der­floor heating, and a washing machine.

The property includes three bedrooms, all furnished with double beds. In addition, there is a cosy alcove in the living room with two extra sleeping places, as well as an annex with a double sofa bed. The house is heated by a heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heating.

Free wireless internet is available in the house, and final cleaning is mandatory.

Please note that the house is not rented to tra­despe­op­le for pro­fes­sio­nal purposes or to youth groups where all guests are aged 15–25.

Enjoy life outside: The holiday house is situated on a lovely, secluded 1002 m² plot with a beautiful new wooden terrace that wraps around most of the house. From here, you can enjoy the fine view of the Great Belt Bridge, relax in the sun, and prepare dinner on the grill. The house includes garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a swing set with a slide for younger guests. There is also an outdoor shower, offering a re­fres­hing rinse after a trip to the beach or on a warm summer day.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday house enjoys a scenic location over­look­ing the landscape, only 350 metres from a lovely sandy beach and 550 metres from shopping fa­ci­li­ties. Næsby Strand is a peaceful and family-friendly area on West Zealand, perfect for those seeking a holiday close to nature.

Within a short distance you will find the charming towns of Korsør, Skælskør, and Slagelse, offering shopping, cafés, re­stau­rants, and cultural at­tra­ctions. Slagelse is the largest shopping town in the area with a wide selection of shops and shopping centres.

For anglers, the coastline offers excellent fishing op­portu­ni­ties, and the region also features many exciting excursion desti­na­tions such as the Viking fortress Trel­le­borg, Birkegårdens Gardens with animals, a play park and large ex­pe­ri­en­ce garden, as well as the Go High climbing park with plenty of acti­vi­ties. You can also enjoy mountain biking, football golf, or canoeing. For the whole family, Gerlev Play Park is an ideal desti­na­tion, where historic games from across Europe are brought to life.
