The house is located just 50 metres from one of the Limfjord’s best beaches, and the location in Trend gives you easy access to the forest and is only a ten-minute drive from the charming harbour at­mosp­he­re in Løgstør.

The house’s 88 m² exude classic holiday home charm, and the layout provides optimal con­di­tions for enjoyable holiday days. The sleeping area can be closed off from the rest of the house and, as it faces north, offers a plea­sant­ly cool sleeping tem­pe­ra­tu­re during summer. The two bedrooms provide a total of four sleeping spaces, and the area also includes the entrance and a bathroom with a shower. The rest of the house consists of a large, open living space bathed in light from large, south-facing windows. The kitchen is fun­ctio­nal­ly arranged, and with a large dining table and a cosy sofa area, there is plenty of space to enjoy delicious meals and cosy evenings with board games while the fire crackles softly in the wood-burning stove.

Enjoy life outside
Warm summer days are best spent on the terraces that wrap around the house to the south and west. Here, brunch, summer lunch, and evening steaks from the grill can be served in the warm glow of the sun – and the same goes, of course, for the cool re­fres­h­ments in between. The plot features a green lawn that invites play and ball games. Lush trees shelter the property and also provide pro­tection from the westerly wind.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the property, it’s just 50 metres to the beach, which here at Trend is west-facing and shallow, making it ideal for children to swim. Bjørnsholm Bay is a great place for wind- or ki­te­sur­fing, and it’s also perfect for heading out on a SUP board. The sur­ro­un­ding area offers lovely hiking routes and lush forest, and there are also excellent con­di­tions for fishing. In Rønbjerg, just a ten-minute drive from the house, you’ll find Landal Green Parks with a tropical water park, tennis courts, indoor play centre, golf course, and much more. From Rønbjerg, the ferry also sails to the car-free island of Livø, where you can go on a seal safari. The mussel town of Løgstør offers great re­stau­rants with seafood de­li­ca­cies, and with a 45-minute drive to Aalborg, you can also visit Aalborg Zoo or one of the city’s many other at­tra­ctions.
