The house was built in 1984, energy-upgraded in 2019, and con­ti­nuous­ly mo­der­nized, ensuring a well-main­tai­ned and up-to-date property. With 120 m² of living space, it offers three bright and spacious bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a large open-plan kitchen and dining area that forms the natural heart of the home. In addition, there is a highly practical annex with heating and electri­ci­ty, providing extra space and flexible usage options.

Enjoy life outside: The holiday home is situated on an 854 m² plot with plenty of space for outdoor living. The garden invites both re­laxa­tion and acti­vi­ties, while the bre­ath­taking view of the Great Belt and the Great Belt Bridge creates a very special at­mosp­he­re. The location is ideal, in the third row from the water, only about 150 meters from the coastline, making it easy to enjoy a re­fres­hing swim or a peaceful walk along the shore. There are also two canoes and pad­dle­bo­ards available for acti­vi­ties on the water, of course at your own risk.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The house is located very close to what is perhaps West Zealand’s best and most child-friendly sandy beach. Shopping for your many outings is within easy cycling or walking distance, and after less than 20 minutes’ drive you can reach Slagelse. The house is situated in an at­tra­cti­ve and classic holiday home area. Stillinge Strand is a large holiday home district on the west coast of Zealand, offering several re­stau­rants, cafés, a grocery store, and a popular ice cream shop. Nearby are the three market towns of Korsør, Slagelse, and Skælskør, all offering a vibrant com­merci­al life and excellent shopping op­portu­ni­ties.
