Newly renovated holiday home with a hot tub close to the North Sea

At Vejlby Klit 397, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday setting between the North Sea and Lake Ferring. The holiday home will undergo extensive renova­tion and mo­der­ni­sa­tion in 2026, so it will be com­ple­te­ly ready to welcome guests from december 22026 and in 2027 with a new interior, new furniture, an outdoor hot tub and an inviting terrace extending almost all the way around the house.

Welcome inside

As you step inside the holiday home, you are welcomed by a bright, cosy and stylish interior, where both the materials and furniture have been carefully selected to create the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday on the west coast. As part of the renova­tion, the house will have new flooring, a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a com­ple­te­ly new interior that creates a pleasant sense of harmony throug­hout. In the open-plan living area, the family can gather for delicious meals, board games and long con­ver­sa­tions while the new wood-burning stove provides warmth and a cosy holiday-home at­mosp­he­re on cooler evenings. The bathroom offers even more op­portu­ni­ties for re­laxa­tion with its indoor whirlpool bath, and after a warm soak, you can continue your wellness ex­pe­ri­en­ce in the sauna. There is also a practical guest toilet, making the house an excellent choice when several ge­ne­ra­tions or a group of friends are ho­li­daying together.

Enjoy life outside

The new terrace area will be one of the holiday home’s major hig­hlights. The terrace will extend almost all the way around the house, allowing you to follow the sun, find shelter from the westerly wind and choose the perfect spot to suit the pace of the day. Start the morning with coffee in the fresh sea air, enjoy lunch beneath the open sky and end the day in the warm water of the new outdoor hot tub as darkness settles over the dunes. The terrace will be enclosed, allowing the family’s two dogs to move around the house more safely. New outdoor furniture will provide an inviting setting for both re­laxa­tion and shared meals, while the outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing sand from feet and paws after a lovely trip to the North Sea.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

It would be difficult to find a better location in Vejlby Klit. The dunes and the North Sea are only around 50 metres from the holiday home, so you can quickly feel the sand beneath your feet, hear the sound of the waves and enjoy the sunset from the beach. In the opposite direction, Lake Ferring is just ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 150 metres away, making the area ideal for walking, running and peaceful moments in the beautiful West Jutland co­un­trysi­de. Shops and a re­stau­rant are also close by, so it is easy to pick up fresh bread for breakfast or let someone else take care of dinner. To discover more of the sur­ro­un­ding area, you can visit Harboøre, the harbour town of Thyborøn or Lemvig, where charming streets, shops and excellent places to eat await.
