Tasteful, renovated holiday home for 4 persons, located on a lovely natural plot, approx. 425 meters from the beach. The plot is very cozy with trees and several areas where you can always explore the local wildlife.

The house contains: the entrance to the house is via the wooden terrace; from the front door you enter the living area. The large living area has a high ceiling to the ridge, with living room, kitchen and dining area in open con­nection with each other yet separated by half walls. It exudes coziness and per­so­na­li­ty. The living room features a lovely sofa corner facing the TV with satellite dish (no Danish channels). Chro­mecast for streaming Danish channels. The living room is separated by half walls from the kitchen and dining area. The dining area has a view of the wood-burning stove. Wireless internet. Lovely bright kitchen with dis­hwas­her, microwave and fridge/freezer. Bathroom with shower/WC and wash ar­ran­ge­ment. The bathroom and kitchen have sloping ceilings. The house also has 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and one room with 2 single beds, with the po­s­si­bi­li­ty of pushing them together. The house has a heat pump, allowing energy savings while providing even heating and the po­s­si­bi­li­ty of cooling the house during the summer months. The house has 2 lovely terraces: a raised wooden terrace by the entrance that is enclosed except for a door-width opening at the entrance. On the southern side of the house there is a large secluded tiled terrace sur­ro­un­ded by pine trees. The plot also has an outdoor shower that can be used for a cool rinse when returning from the beach.

Smoking and cats are not allowed. 1 dog is allowed.
