Cozy holiday home for 4 persons

The house is located approx. 300 meters from the beach. The holiday home is situated on a lovely hilly dune plot, where there is also a raised terrace with a wil­der­ness hot tub. There is also a nice large and secluded terrace around the house, as well as several cozy corners on the plot. Entrance is through the house’s kitchen, which contains a dis­hwas­her, an oven, a microwave, as well as a re­fri­ge­ra­tor (freezer is located in the tool shed). The kitchen is in open con­nection with a cozy living room, where there is a wood-burning stove and air con­di­tio­ning, large TV and wireless internet access. From the living room you enter a very cozy dining room with lovely natural light. There is access to the terrace from both the living room and the dining room. There are 2 bedrooms: DS + DS and wardrobes, a lovely large bathroom with shower, towel warmer as the only heat source in the room, as well as washing machine and tumble dryer. Smoking inside the house is not allowed. In the tool shed there are cushions for the garden furniture. There is a grill on the terrace.

2 small dogs are allowed (max. height 30 cm), but cats are not allowed.

The house underwent a major renova­tion inside and out in 2020 and 2021.
