This charming holiday home for 4 adults and 4 children is situated on a high dune plot about 150 meters from the beach, in a quiet location and within short walking distance to the town center. The house includes: entrance from the north gable into a spacious hallway with ample wardrobe space. From here there is access to 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a guest toilet with a washbasin. From the hallway you enter a corridor leading to 2 master bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobes; 1 smaller bedroom with a bunk bed (85 x 190 cm beds) and wardrobe; and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (85 x 190 cm beds) and a wardrobe.

The new kitchen is fun­ctio­nal and spacious with a stove with ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood, and fridge with in­te­gra­ted freezer. From the kitchen there is access to an east-facing wooden terrace. The kitchen is open to a large dining area with a big dining table, chairs and a corner bench, all with a lovely view over the dunes. Cozy and spacious living room with wood-burning stove and TV with the Stofa basic package. Wireless internet (50/50). From the com­fortably furnished living room there is access to a partly covered wooden terrace where evenings can be extended in early spring and autumn. From the terrace the sea view can be enjoyed. Combined washer-dryer and an ad­di­tio­nal outdoor dryer available. For the children there is a swing set. 2 dogs allowed. Access to the holiday home is possible only from the north side of Nordvej (entry to Nordvej can be via Risvej and down Nordvej toward Vejers Havvej). Built in1976, converted 2000.
