This holiday home has a fantastic location on a lovely natural plot approx. 300 m from the beach. Parking for the house is from Nordvej; the house is reached via a footpath through the dunes, as well as approx. 10 steps up to the terrace. The house contains: Entrance to the house is via the terrace directly into the living room or via the back entrance by the kitchen. The cozy living room has mullioned windows from which you can enjoy panoramic views over the dunes. The living room has several cozy corners, heat pump, wood-burning stove, Google Chro­mecast and TV with satellite channels and Danish DR programs. From the living room there is access to a bedroom with 2 single beds. Large country kitchen with hobs, oven, dis­hwas­her, fridge/freezer (30 L); the kitchen has a large dining table with bench seating where everyone can enjoy the day’s meals. From the living room there is also access to a bright bathroom with washbasin unit, shower and toilet. Washing machine and tumble dryer.

The stairs to the first floor are reached via a steep staircase from the living room. On the first floor there is a landing with access to 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (the beds are 180 cm in length). 1 bedroom with a double bed built in as an alcove. 1 large bedroom with a double bed. The ceiling height on the first floor is a maximum of 2.00 meters. From the semi-arched windows there is a fantastic view over Nordvej. There are emergency openings on the first floor; the middle mullion can be pushed out. 4 bedrooms: 2B + 2B + DB + DB. Internet access.

One dog allowed. Smoking and cats are not allowed.
