Modern, exciting activity summer house in Vejers Strand, North Beach.

The summer house is built with quality materials in a modern, sleek design and is situated on a large, partially enclosed and private natural plot approx. 850 meters from the beach and 1,200 m from the town center.

The summer house offers a cozy at­mosp­he­re in a modern style, an open-plan layout throug­hout and large panoramic windows to the west, from which the area’s rich wildlife can be observed. The outdoor amenities offer pure nature to be enjoyed from the large sur­ro­un­ding terraces facing all di­rections. The west-facing terrace of 20 m² is covered with skylights, has a heat lamp and views over the property.

The house:

Entrance/vestibule with wardrobe, coat hooks and mirror. The large entrance also houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. From the entrance you enter the house’s spacious activity room with a combined billiards/table tennis table. A Play­Sta­tion (4) is available for free use — however, we do not guarantee the condition of the game console. There is wireless internet in the house.

The house’s spacious living area with vaulted ceiling has an open layout combining kitchen/dining and living room. The room appears bright thanks to the large glass sections and sliding doors, and from the living room you can view the entire natural plot and wildlife.

The kitchen is equipped with all comforts such as dis­hwas­her, microwave, built-in oven, induction cooktop with extractor, large re­fri­ge­ra­tor, freezer with 70-liter capacity and a wine cooler. The kitchen is open to the dining area and the lovely living room with built-in wood-burning stove, te­le­vi­sion with Google Chro­mecast and TV package from Norlys.

The house contains 6 spacious bedrooms: single + single + single + single + single + 2 extra singles (or double con­fi­gu­ra­tion), each with wardrobe space.

Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, 3 bathrooms with WC, sink with vanity and shower niches.

The house is heated with un­der­floor heating via an energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump system.

Outdoor fa­ci­li­ties also include an outdoor jacuzzi and shower. The entire property sits on a 2,630 m² natural plot close to Vejers town center with shopping options, re­stau­rants and cafés, and there is also a mini-golf course.

The house is located close to a large forest and natural area where you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce deer up close, and where the forest floor in autumn offers many edible mushrooms. There are ample op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy the tranqui­li­ty of the forest on walks or runs and to use cycling and MTB trails in the area.
