The sur­ro­un­dings are equally im­pres­si­ve, as the panoramic living room offers views of the North Sea stret­ching out just beyond the dunes.

A skilled architect designed the im­pres­si­ve thatched holiday home, which was built in 2012 using only high-quality materials. The living area, com­pri­sing an open-plan kitchen and dining area, TV lounge, pool room and panoramic living room, flows beau­ti­ful­ly across several levels, making it easy to spend time together – while still offering quiet corners where you can lose yourself in a good book or enjoy some peaceful time with your knitting. The holiday home’s wellness area, complete with steam room and sauna, invites you to unwind com­ple­te­ly, while those looking for a little more action can challenge each other to air hockey or table football in the activity room. With three separate sleeping areas, each featuring a bathroom and two bedrooms, the house com­fortably ac­com­moda­tes 12 people. The in­di­vi­du­al sections can even be closed off with sliding doors if you would like a little privacy during the day or an un­dis­tur­bed night’s sleep.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home’s large windows bring both sunlight and sea views indoors, while outside on the spacious natural plot, all your senses are truly awakened. A gentle breeze and the scent of the sea will remind you that you are staying right beside Blåvand Strand – and it is entirely up to you whether you complete the ex­pe­ri­en­ce with a delicious cup of coffee on the terrace or by sinking into the luxurious outdoor spa. There is also an outdoor shower, making it easy to rinse away sand and salt water when you return from a re­fres­hing morning swim in the sea or the final dip of the day.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the holiday home, you only need to follow a path across your own dune plot to reach the beach. It could hardly be easier, making it tempting to fill your holiday with runs along the shore, beach games and evenings watching the sunset by the water – and if there are keen swimmers in the family, you can easily head down for a dip several times a day. It is also wonderful that the house is situated at the end of a quiet no-through road while still providing easy access to both the centee of Blåvand and Blåvandshuk Fyr, which rises above Denmark’s wester­n­most point. The popular seaside resort also offers at­tra­ctions such as Blåvand Zoo and Tirpitz, while the unique natural sur­ro­un­dings are, of course, an at­tra­ction in them­sel­ves.
