The summer house offers 111 m2 of beautiful at­mosp­he­re outside and inside, with good comfort for the whole family, big and small, all year round. The house is about 1000 meters from the beach.

The outside fa­ci­li­ties offer a lovely partially covered terrace, where the evenings can be extended and enjoyed well into the spring/autumn. The summer house is situated on a lovely plot with good parking con­di­tions as well as a swing and sandpit for the little ones. The plot is approx. 2000 m2 large.

All the glory is a few minutes' drive from Vejer's town center, which offers several re­stau­rants, a bakery, a pizzeria, 2 grocers, and Dro­p­sko­ge­ri­et which sells ice cream and soft ice cream and more.

The cottage: Entrance Hall with space for a wardrobe. The house has 2 lovely bathrooms with un­der­floor heating. One bathroom with sauna and spa. Large kitchen-dining room and living room in one, as well as a good dining area. The room is bright and nice with good windows and access to the terrace. The terrace is partially covered and has a wil­der­ness bath. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts such as dis­hwas­her, microwave, hob, hood and fridge/freezer com­bi­na­tion. Nice living room with fireplace, DVD player, te­le­vi­sion, radio and wireless Internet access. The Danish programs can be streamed via Google Chrome Cast. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms: DB + 2B + 2B. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Washing machine and dryer are located by the wardrobe. Lovely terrace en­viron­ment with garden furniture, barbecue and wil­der­ness bath. On the terrace, the days can be enjoyed from morning to evening. Carport where the car can be parked.

The house is heated with un­der­floor heating, electric radiators, wood-burning stove and heat pump. There is an extra charge for water, ask at the office. 1 pet is allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Year of con­struction 1993 but con­ti­nuous­ly main­tai­ned.
