This modern and well-main­tai­ned holiday house at Kobæk Strand offers the perfect setting for a cozy getaway with family or friends. You can look forward to a bright and welcoming home with plenty of space, a lovely terrace, and a short distance to a child-friendly beach as well as the charming town of Skælskør.

Welcome inside: This beautiful and ex­cep­tio­nal­ly well-main­tai­ned EBK holiday home is built in a modern style and offers a cozy and inviting at­mosp­he­re. The layout is fun­ctio­nal and well organized, with the natural focal point of the house being the centrally located living room with large windows that provide plenty of natural light.

The house features an open-plan kitchen connected to the living room. The kitchen is bright and well equipped with a built-in oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dis­hwas­her, and fridge/freezer. The spacious living room has a vaulted ceiling and includes a dining area, a sofa corner, and a TV with Boxer subscrip­tion and Chro­mecast. From here, there is direct access to a partially covered terrace.

There are two bathrooms with showers, one of which also includes a washing machine. The house has three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with a double sofa bed. A cot and high chair are also available.

Heating is provided by a heat pump, a wood-burning stove, and electric heating. Fast fiber internet is available free of charge, and end-of-stay cleaning is mandatory.

Please note that the house is not rented to tradesmen or youth groups.

Enjoy life outside:
The holiday home is located on a 903 m² plot and features a terrace that is partially covered and runs around the house. This ensures you can always find a spot in the sun, shade, or shelter from the wind. Outdoor fa­ci­li­ties include an outdoor shower, garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue, and bicycles for free use.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The house is located near Kobæk Strand – a popular, child-friendly sandy beach with a new and inviting bathing pier. The charming town center of Skælskør is only 3 km away and can easily be reached by bike or car. Here you will find a pi­c­tu­resque harbour area, historic half-timbered houses, cobb­le­sto­ne streets, and good shopping op­portu­ni­ties.

The area also offers beautiful nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces along Skælskør Fjord. From Stigsnæs, just a few ki­lo­metres southwest of the town, ferries depart to the islands of Agersø and Omø, known for their peaceful at­mosp­he­re and stunning natural sur­ro­un­dings. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, West Zealand’s largest shopping town is about 20 km away, and several historic manor houses in the region are worth visiting. A trip to the amusement park BonBon-Land near Næstved is also a great option for the whole family.
