Location

A small holiday home in a fantastic location right by the lake with a private boat, jetty and beach. Perfect for couples or small families. One pet is also welcome. Lake Mälaren, Sweden's third largest lake, stretches out right at your feet. The house is located in a quiet neig­h­bour­hood on a headland. You can do your shopping at the ICA su­per­mar­ket in Kungsör, 5.5 km away. For a day trip to Stockholm, about 140 km away, you can take a two-hour drive or, to avoid the hassle of finding a parking space in the capital, take the relaxed direct train con­nection from Kungsör station.

Fa­ci­li­ties

With 55 m² of floor space, the house com­fortably ac­com­moda­tes up to four holiday guests. It is divided into two areas: the original part, built in 1950, with a living room with in­te­gra­ted kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a bedroom with double bed; and the glazed lounge with lake view, which was added to the living room in recent years and greatly enhances the house, espe­ci­al­ly in the cold season.

In addition to an electric stove, oven, microwave, dis­hwas­her, re­fri­ge­ra­tor with freezer com­part­ment and dining table, the kitchen offers eve­ryt­hing you need to prepare and serve common dishes.

Between the kitchen and the glass-enclosed lounge, there is a large corner sofa in the old living area, which can also be used as a double sofa bed when ac­com­modat­ing more than two people.

In addition to a fireplace in the old living area, the house is also heated by a modern heat pump.

Next to the glazed lounge, there is a terrace for sunny days, also with a view of the lake.

A deposit is charged, which is refunded after your stay, minus any electri­ci­ty costs, provided the house is in perfect condition and has been properly cleaned.

Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels and firewood.

Guests must thor­oug­hly clean the property before departure.

Rowing boat included from the beginning of April to the end of October.

Outboard engine 800 SEK per week (payment on site in cash), but only on prior request directly before or after booking, as the owners are not always there and want to give in­structions for the motor.

The owners live in a neig­h­bouring house.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.
