Dream house in a beautiful location by the lake

Welcome inside

This house can ac­com­moda­te up to 6 people for an un­for­get­tab­le holiday. The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living room and open-plan kitchen with dining area. The living room and kitchen are es­sen­ti­al­ly one large room, separated by the fireplace and dining area. The living room has a com­fortab­le sofa and cosy armchairs, as well as a fireplace and a te­le­vi­sion with German channels. The kitchen is bright and friendly and equipped with all amenities, such as a dis­hwas­her and ceramic hob. A small hallway leads to the two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a single bed. The ground floor also has the first bathroom, which is equipped with a toilet, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. A staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find two more bedrooms and the second bathroom. The bedrooms on the upper floor are furnished in the same way as those on the ground floor, i.e. one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The bathroom on the upper floor has a toilet but no shower, instead it has a bathtub. To enjoy the sun, there is a great terrace in front of the holiday home where you can relax.


Enjoy life outside

With its beautiful lakeside location, this ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 110 m² holiday home is an absolute dream home. The holiday home is situated on a plot of ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 6,800 m² and is on a slight slope, so you can see almost the entire lake from the house. It is located near Sven­l­jun­ga in the Västergötland region. The lake is only about 500 metres away.


Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The nearest public bathing area on Lake Stora Kvarnsjön is about 900 metres away. You will also find bathing areas with sandy beaches on Lake Holsjön, about 8 km away.

There is also a jetty with a rowing boat on Lake Stora Kvarnsjön, about 500 metres from the house.

Grocery stores, re­stau­rants, cafés and a bank can be found in the nearest large town, Sven­l­jun­ga, approx. 9 km away.

The world's largest su­per­mar­ket, ‘Gekås’, in the town of Ullared is approx. 45 km away. A specta­cu­lar ex­pe­ri­en­ce and highly recom­men­ded.

The Isaberg Mountain Resort is approx. 58 km away. Among other things, you will find a moose park there.

Final cleaning for 120 EUR is mandatory.

Firewood for the fireplace must be brought along.
