Welcome inside
If you love holiday homes with soul and per­so­na­li­ty, you’ll be charmed by Kor­n­blomst­vej 13. Measuring 77 m² and ac­com­modat­ing up to six guests, the house was built in 1974 and, while the interior still retains its original charm, it is well main­tai­ned and in good condition. A lovely kitchen is openly connected to the living room, which features a dining area, a cosy sofa setup, and even a rocking chair next to the wood-burning stove. There’s no TV or Wi-Fi in the house, but you’re welcome to use your own devices if you have a mobile con­nection—or take it as the perfect op­portu­ni­ty to unplug from screens and dive into the newspaper, a crossword puzzle, or a good con­ver­sa­tion instead. From the entrance, you have access to a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. From the living room, you’ll find two more bedrooms, both with bunk beds.

Enjoy life outside
With a 2,600 m² natural plot, there’s plenty of space for outdoor games and re­laxa­tion in the fresh air. A lush lawn surrounds the house, and there are inviting terraces on both the north and south sides. The south-facing terrace is partially covered, so you can enjoy summer evenings outdoors even when the evening dew begins to fall. There’s also a carport to shelter your car, and a barbecue is available if you fancy cooking al fresco.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is located in a quiet area just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Tversted, where you’ll find a grocery store, bike rentals, and re­stau­rants. Down by the beach on Tan­nis­bugt­vej, the town’s popular ice cream parlours attract both locals and tourists with their tempting cold treats. A dip in the North Sea or a walk along the shoreline is always an option when you’re staying this close to the beach. And with just a few ki­lo­metres to Tversted Dune Plan­ta­tion, a forest excursion is also within easy reach. A visit to the Eagle Reserve or a day trip to Skagen are great holiday acti­vi­ties—unless you prefer to simply stay in and enjoy the cosy sur­ro­un­dings of the holiday home.
