The morning terrace is ideal for slow bre­ak­fasts in the first sunlight of the day, while the partially covered afternoon terrace creates a calm and inviting outdoor space beneath the green gra­pe­vi­nes that provide natural shade on warm summer af­ter­noons. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the relaxed rhythm of summer house life.

The coast is only a short walk away, and the area’s private staircase leads directly down to the beach.
