The house offers rej­u­ve­nat­ing wellness with an indoor spa bath and sauna, and outside you can relax on the green grounds—when you’re not out enjoying time with your family at Kjærgaarden’s beautiful beach by the Limfjord.

Welcome inside
Light tones and tasteful fur­nis­hin­gs help create a pleasant at­mosp­he­re indoors, so you’ll im­me­di­a­te­ly feel at home in the living room and other rooms. The house features three good bedrooms, and in the large bathroom you’ll be spoiled with both a spa bath and sauna. The kitchen is spacious, so you and your loved ones can easily cook together—and just a few steps away is the dining table in the living room where everyone can gather around the delicious meal. If it’s chilly outside, you can light the wood stove and let the warmth spread in a cozy way, and on sunny summer days you can leave the garden door open for direct access to the lovely terrace.

Enjoy life outside
The summer house’s garden is fully enclosed with fencing and dense border planting, so the green outdoor space is nicely secluded and also provides a safe base for both dogs and small children. The lawn invites play and ball games, and if you want to sit quietly in a com­fortab­le garden chair, you can relax on one of the two terraces on the southwest side of the house. The wooden terrace is well screened by fencing, making it a wonderful spot to soak up the sun during the day, while summer evenings become extra idyllic if you light the fire pit on the paved terrace as dusk begins to fall.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
On Gun­hilds­vej, you live right in the cozy and family-friendly summer house area of Kjærgaarden—and just across the road is a green communal area. Here you’ll find a pétanque court, mini golf, and a sports field, and a bit further away there’s a great play­gro­und for the youngest holiday guests. The Limfjord and its beautiful coastline will of course enhance your holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ce, as it’s wonderful to swim, walk, play, or simply sit pea­ce­ful­ly by the water for a while. For longer hikes, you can follow the coastal trail to Krik, which is also a popular spot for surfing. The old fishing village of Agger is just 10 minutes away if you want to visit the North Sea, and National Park Thy, Sydthy Golf Club, and Sydthy Spa are also within short driving distance.
