Lovely house by the Limfjord

The house offers plenty of space for a large family or two smaller families. If you travel as a couple or with only a few people, about half of the house can be closed off so it doesn’t feel too big, keeping utility costs low.

Welcome inside
The house is very spacious for a large family or two families, but if there are fewer people or just a couple, about one-third of the house can be closed off so it doesn’t feel large and doesn’t incur heating costs. At one end of the house, there are two bedrooms each with two single beds, plus a bathroom. At the other end, there are two bedrooms each with a double bed and another bathroom. See the house floor plan. In the middle of the house is the entrance from the driveway, and on the opposite side, an exit to the terrace and garden. Naturally, there is a very spacious living room and kitchen. The house features bright wooden floors and light tile floors throug­hout, with white walls and ceilings eve­rywhe­re. Eve­ryt­hing is top modern—but in a cozy and well-thought-out way.

Enjoy life outside
The plot is a lawn area, fenced at about half a meter high, which is an advantage for families with small children or those bringing a dog. The outdoor fireplace is very popular, and there is plenty of privacy to enjoy it all. There are lovely south-facing covered terraces connected to the kitchen, providing good shelter and, of course, all the garden furniture as well as sun loungers. A grill and parasol also complete the outdoor ex­pe­ri­en­ce.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is located in the quiet and scenic Kærgården right by the Limfjord and only a few ki­lo­me­ters from the North Sea. All the major at­tra­ctions in Northwest Jutland are within about a 1.5-hour drive—for example, Aalborg Zoo, Jesperhus Flower Park, Thyborøn Coastal Centre, Højriis Castle, Hanstholm Museum Center, Mønsted Limestone Mines, and many more places. Thy, with the North Sea and the Limfjord area, is known for its beautiful nature, but there is also much more to explore.
