Welcome inside
This property has stood on Gundtoft Møllevej for more than a century, and in 2022 it was renovated to serve as a lovely holiday home for six guests. Indoors, you'll find plenty of space, with 118 m² spread over the ground floor and the first floor. Two of the home's three bedrooms are located upstairs, where you'll also find a landing that can be used as an ad­di­tio­nal seating area – please note that the two upstairs bedrooms are connected in a row. On the ground floor, there is a third bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer. The heart of the house is the open-plan kitchen and living room. If the weather is cool, you can light the wood-burning stove or turn on the heat pump, and if you're in the mood for a bit of en­tertain­ment while relaxing in the living area, there's a TV with German and English channels and Chro­mecast.

Enjoy life outside
To the south of the holiday home, there’s a lovely wooden terrace equipped with a barbecue and quality garden furniture. If you’re looking to truly unwind, this is the perfect spot to enjoy the rural sur­ro­un­dings, bask in the sun, and listen to the birds singing over the fields. The 1,500 m² plot offers plenty of room for playing games or kicking a ball around on the lawn, and there is con­ve­ni­ent parking on the gravel driveway. The house also provides a portable dog enclosure measuring 50 m x 1.12 m, which you’re welcome to use.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
On Gundtoft Møllevej, you're sur­ro­un­ded by fields, so you'll really have peace and privacy to fully relax. The beautiful views offer a glimpse of all the wonderful ex­pe­ri­en­ces awaiting you in the area: there are endless op­portu­ni­ties for walking, running, and cycling through the lush co­un­trysi­de, and it's only a few minutes’ drive to the lovely beach at Helligsø Drag. You’ll also have easy access to Sydthy Golf Club and Sydthy Kurbad, and if you’re in­te­r­e­sted in culture, be sure to visit Heltborg Museum and SMK Thy at Doverodde Købmandsgård. The North Sea and Thy National Park are also just a short drive away, making this an ideal base for a varied and scenic holiday.
