In this small town, the terrain slopes down towards the fjord, so from the house and garden you can enjoy views of the green coastal landscape and across Nees Sund. It’s not just the scenic view that’s a plus – the summer house is also a cozy and well-arranged example with a sensible layout for up to six people. The house features three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large living room open to a fun­ctio­nal kitchen. In this lovely living area, daylight streams in from three sides, and the high ceilings add to the pleasant at­mosp­he­re. When the weather calls for indoor coziness, you can light the built-in fireplace and relax in the com­fortab­le sofa area.

Enjoy life outside
The summer house sits on an 800 m² plot, simply landsca­ped with a lawn and green border planting. There is a carport to the east of the house, and both the west and south sides are dedicated to lovely terrace areas. On the terrace, you’ll find garden furniture, a grill, and a parasol, while the covered terrace even features an outdoor fireplace. When the summer sun sets and darkness falls, it’s truly cozy to sit outside and enjoy the warmth from the fire.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Doverodde is a small town nestled in ex­cep­tio­nal­ly scenic sur­ro­un­dings right on the Limfjord. From the house, it takes only a few minutes to stroll down to the water’s edge and the marina, which attracts many sailors during the summer season. In a small local community like this, eve­ryt­hing is close by, and you’re near Doverodde Købmandsgård, which hosts cultural events and art exhi­bi­tions during the season. Here you can also buy delicious de­li­ca­cies in the village shop and climb the farm’s tall tower to enjoy the fjord view from above. A trip to Hurup and the popular Sydthy Swimming Pool is also an option if the weather doesn’t invite a dip in the North Sea at Agger Beach.
