Welcome to a really cozy and charming cottage close to the water. Here you will get a holiday home with lots of at­mosp­he­re, good sleeping areas and a beautiful, private garden. The cottage is designed for 6 adults and 2 children and has a total of 4 bedrooms with double beds and a 120 cm bed, which is in open con­nection with one bedroom in the annex. This makes the house suitable for both families and couples who want plenty of space and several separate sleeping areas. The smaller sleeping area can be ideal for children or teenagers. The heart of the house is the cozy kitchen and living room, which are in open con­nection. The kitchen has a gas stove with electric oven, re­fri­ge­ra­tor, dis­hwas­her, coffee maker, plunger jug, electric kettle and toaster. There is a good dining area, and a heat pump ensures a pleasant indoor climate. There is also a nice bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and a washing machine in the annex. In the separate section of the annex there is also an extra fridge and freezer, so there is plenty of space for your holiday shopping.

Enjoy life outside

The outdoor areas are something very special here and you can enjoy the evenings together by the campfire. From the kitchen you can go out to a cozy little courtyard in front of the house or further out onto the large wooden terrace at the back. The terrace goes around the house and gives you the op­portu­ni­ty to follow the sun throug­hout the day. The enclosed garden is won­der­ful­ly private and invites you to relax, play and enjoy cozy meals under the open sky. From the kitchen there is also covered access to the annex, so you can easily move between the house and this part - even when the weather is not at its best.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The area offers plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for good hiking. Jungs­ho­ved is a small peninsula that juts out at Præstø - right between Stevns Klint and Møns Klint. Only 7 km from the house you will find the old, cozy market town of Præstø, which offers good shopping op­portu­ni­ties, shopping streets, ice cream parlor, marina, cafes and re­stau­rants. A half-hour drive from Roneklint is Skovtårnet and Camp Adventure, which are de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit. Vor­ding­borg with Denmark's Castle Center and Gåsetårnet can also be recom­men­ded as a desti­na­tion for excur­sions. Since Co­pen­ha­gen is only an hour's drive from the house, there is a good op­portu­ni­ty to take a day trip there and, for example, visit Tivoli.
