Bright and inviting cottage, only 400 meters from Bønsvigstrand, where there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for good walks and swimming.

Interior

Spacious entrance hall with access to a nice bathroom, which contains a toilet and shower. Bright and inviting open-plan kitchen with living room. Kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, coffee maker, kettle and fridge/freezer, dis­hwas­her and washing machine. In the living room there is a dining area and sofa with chaise lounge, TV and DVD player and Chro­mecast, radio with CD player. There are wooden floors in all rooms and the house has un­der­floor heating. From almost all rooms you can go out onto a wooden terrace.

Outdoor

The cottage is located on a large plot of approx. 1,219m² with lawn and border planting. There are wooden terraces around the house. There is a fire pit that you have to empty and clean after use. There is also garden furniture, 1 deck chair, 1 sunbed and parasol.

Location

The house is located at Bønsvig beach at Jungs­ho­ved, with lots of nature and rich bird life. Shopping can be done in cozy Præstøby only about. 10 km from the cottage, where there are also several good re­stau­rants and "street" shops. In Præstø several events are held, including French Spring and flea markets throug­hout the city.
