Lovely newly renovated cottage in a good cottage area, where you and your family can relax and enjoy your holiday, with only 250 meters to the beach.

Welcome inside

Here you enter a nice hallway with a di­stri­bu­tion corridor to the rooms and bathroom. Here is a new kitchen, which is in open con­nection with a lovely bright living room. You can enjoy each other's company and meals together at a good dining area and in the living room there is both space for you to sit and read a book or watch TV with streaming. Or just share the day's ex­pe­ri­en­ces with each other and have fun, while you plan the next day's excur­sions. There is a heat pump in the living room. From the living room there is access to another room. The house has 3 good bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 with a single bed of 120cm each. The bathroom is well equipped with a toilet and sink, as well as a bathtub, where you can also take a shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer, if you need to wash clothes during your holiday. In the garden behind the house you will find a nice annex which is furnished with a double bed and heat pump and a fridge/freezer.

Enjoy life outside

In front of the house there is a lovely tiled terrace where you can sit almost un­dis­tur­bed and eat the day's meals. The garden is well planted and there is plenty of op­portu­ni­ty for the children to play around. At the back of the house there is a lovely courtyard with shelter and from here you can get to the annex and to a small shed which is furnished with 2 chairs so you can sit and smoke un­dis­tur­bed. From the house you have only 250 meters to the beach and lots of nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces. Café Skov og Strand is right at the end of the road and Re­stau­rant Udsigten is a 15-minute walk from the house.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

You are close to the cozy com­merci­al town of Køge - where you will find many exciting shops and market days or maybe you just want to relax with a cup of coffee at one of the city's cafes. From Køge there are also direct trains to, among others, Co­pen­ha­gen. If you and your family want to explore our capital, it is only 1 hour away by car. In the vicinity you will also find Stevns Klint with UNESCO'S World Heritage an ex­pe­ri­en­ce for the whole family, Stevns­for­tet, hiking among much more.
