Welcome inside

You enter the cozy house via the garden room and the house is cozy, bright and in­vi­ting­ly furnished. In the living room you can cozy up in the evening or on cold days, with a fire in the wood-burning stove and space for you to enjoy a glass of wine on the sofa, while the kids draw and play at the dining table. The first floor of the house is furnished with a lovely bedroom and a cozy living room with a single bed and sea view, where the teenagers can hang out and watch TV. In addition, there is a good bathroom and another nice bedroom on the ground floor. The lovely large con­ser­va­tory with sofa group and dining area quickly becomes a gathering place, after the day's many im­pres­sions and ex­pe­ri­en­ces.

Enjoy life outside

In the lovely garden, you can enjoy the sun on one of the terraces or in one of the garden's cozy corners where there is also a view of the Baltic Sea. If the evenings get cool, you can all retreat to the con­ser­va­tory and is there anything better than sitting and enjoying the peace and quiet with a glass of wine or a good cup of tea or coffee? Here you will find space for coziness, re­laxa­tion and lots of nature ad­ven­tu­res. From the house you have only 650 meters to Højerup Church and the coast with Stevns Klint.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Here you can enjoy the silence and the quiet sur­ro­un­dings on a dead end road that turns into a path. The area invites you to long walks and wonderful ex­pe­ri­en­ces. Here is the perfect setting for a suc­ces­sful holiday where there is room for both you and your four-legged family member. You will live in the middle of Danish nature - close to the forest and beach. Close to the com­merci­al town of Store Heddinge with many small specialty shops and grocery stores. In Store Heddinge is Northern Europe's largest octagonal church, St. Katharina Church, and a lovely swimming pool. Visit the small, cozy harbor town of Rødvig, which oozes charm. In Rødvig there is a good child-friendly sandy beach and many cozy re­stau­rants and a fish shop. You can also visit Stevns Klint and the Cold War Museum Stevns­fort, where there are plenty of ex­pe­ri­en­ces for children and adults.
