Nice and updated holiday home only few 100 m away from Egeskov Castle in idyllical surroundings on Southern Funen. The holiday home is a part of Egeskov Castle and has been used as a summer home for the earls. The brightly decorated house is two-storeyed and includes a covered outdoorswimmingpool (not heated) which can be used from May 15th - September 15th. The tastefully decorated house includes on the ground floor a spacious sitting room with woodburning stovem large windows towards the garden, dining room in open connection with the kitchen, extra toilet and 1 bedroom with access to a room with shower.
On the 1st floor you find the other 4 bedrooms, From one of the bedroom you can access a balcony, and 2 bedroom has direct access to the bathroom with shower and bath tub. Besides, there is an extra toilet. From the house you can access a terrace and the nice plot with a lawn which is surrounded by trees. Arrivals on Friday only.

Egeskov Castle is one of the biggest attractions on the island of Funen where the beautiful main building, classic car museum, the Museum of Agriculture, the large park with the largest hedge maze in the world, the 3 gardens, rose garden, herb garden and the flower garden, "tree top walking" through 15 meters above the surface and the large playground can be visited. The castle is beautifully situated in the countryside not far from Svendborg and Faaborg.
