Location
This holiday home is located about 20 km north of Hels­ing­borg on a 2,000 m² plot in the village of Nyhamnsläge, right by the Öresund. Not far from here lies Kullaberg, an area known for its steep cliffs and stunning natural scenery. Nyhamnsläge has an excellent beach, making it a perfect place to enjoy the summer. The village features many charming old houses, and the small harbor is also worth a visit. Here, you can shop for es­sen­ti­als and find a pizzeria. A scenic cycling path leads to Höganäs. From Nyhamnsläge, it is only a short distance to the castles of Lerhamn and Krapperup, both of which offer art exhi­bi­tions and beautiful parks.

Fa­ci­li­ties
The holiday home, measuring ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 80 m², has a cozy living room with a seating and dining area, a fireplace, a TV, and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third has a double sofa bed. An open attic space offers three ad­di­tio­nal sleeping spaces on mattres­ses. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an electric stove with ceramic cooktops, and a dis­hwas­her. There is also a guest toilet with a sink and WC. The basement houses a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and WC, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is heated with central heating, and thanks to a facade renova­tion in 2024, new in­su­la­tion, and upgraded windows, it stays plea­sant­ly warm even during the colder months. The large southwest-facing terrace with outdoor furniture offers a fantastic view of the Öresund.

A charming holiday home ideal for a larger family. Arrival is only possible on saturdays, and the minimum booking period is 7 days. Smoking is not allowed in the house, and pets are un­fortu­na­te­ly not permitted. Final cleaning is mandatory. Utility costs are included in the rental price. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. Free internet is available in the house.
