Holiday Home Sjöut­sik­ten - Unique house down to the lake, with po­s­si­bi­li­ty to rent a boat

Location
About halfway between the towns of Klippan and Hässleholm, from both about 25 km away, this cottage is located on a plot of about 2.000 m², only about 50 m from the lake Sven­stor­ps­sjön, in a quiet recre­a­tio­nal cottage area in won­der­fulr nature and offers its guests excellent op­portu­ni­ties for swimming and fishing. For shopping you can drive to Perstorp, about 6 km away, where there are also re­stau­rants and a medical center. There is a golf course in Gu­stavs­borg, about 6 km away; there is a bowling alley and a tennis court in Perstorp, also 6 km away.

Fa­ci­li­ties
The partly cellared vacation home of about 55 m² was thor­oug­hly and exten­si­ve­ly renovated in 2021 and ac­com­moda­tes up to four adults and two children under the age of eleven. It has a cozy living room, equipped with a seating area, fireplace and flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast and a Bluetooth radio receiver and large dining table, from which you have a great view of the lake. The kitchen, which is open across the corner, is equipped with an electric stove with oven and ceramic cooktop, dis­hwas­her, microwave, water boiler and toaster. Furt­her­more, there are two bedrooms in the house, one of them furnished with a double bed, the other with two 75 cm wide 2 m long single beds. The bedrooms are cozily and pra­cti­cal­ly furnished – compact and with reduced storage space. The windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito gauze. Two more single beds of size 90 cm x 200 cm are located in a separate, electri­cal­ly heated guest cottage. The house also has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The house can be heated by an air heat pump. The house has internet - speed below 5 Mbit. Guests also have two canoes and two pad­dle­bo­ards and life jackets at their disposal.

Special in­for­ma­tions
Arrival is only possible on Saturdays. Bookings are only possible weekly. Bed linen and towels cannot be provided and must be brought by the guests them­sel­ves, A careful and thorough final cleaning must also be carried out by the guest them­sel­ves. Pets and smoking in the cottage is not allowed. You have to pay a deposit, which will be charged after your departure based on the electri­ci­ty consump­tion during your stay. Guests' electric vehicles can be charged by means of normal plug in the garage. A fishing license (fiskekort) must be purchased on site if needed. Other boats and canoes can be rented at a boat rental near the house.
