Welcome inside
A solid, older village house on two floors with plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 children. On the ground floor, there is a fun­ctio­nal kitchen and dining room, as well as a bedroom. From the kitchen, there is direct access to a lovely, partially covered terrace and a private garden.
In the living room, there is a dining table with space for everyone and a wood-burning stove that creates a cozy at­mosp­he­re and provides warmth. Adjacent to the kitchen is a bedroom that is perfect for teenagers/children.

The house features a newly renovated first floor, offering bright and pleasant sur­ro­un­dings that make it easy to stay here as a family. Here, you’ll find another bedroom and new toilet fa­ci­li­ties.

In a separate annex, the owner may oc­ca­sio­nal­ly stay overnight, but you will have the entire house, terrace, and all amenities to your­sel­ves.

The house is full of village charm, located in the village of Pillemark. From here, it’s easy to explore the entire island and ex­pe­ri­en­ce both nature and town life.

Enjoy life outsite
The holiday home has a paved entrance area where you can sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. Behind the house is an east-facing garden with a small lawn, fruit trees, and a wooden terrace with outdoor furniture.
Here, you can enjoy stunning sunrises and wake up with nature right outside. Part of the terrace is covered, providing shelter and warmth both in the early morning hours and as the sun sets.
Parking is available close to the house in a covered carport. The house is semi-detached with a neig­h­bor­ing property.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Pillemark is located less than 3 ki­lo­me­ters from Samsø’s main town, Tra­neb­jerg, which offers a wide selection of shops and re­stau­rants open year-round. It is 2.5 ki­lo­me­ters to the west-facing beach at Vesterløkken and about 8 ki­lo­me­ters to the forest at Brat­tings­borg Estate.

Pillemark is one of the largest villages on Samsø, with an active residents’ as­so­ci­a­tion and a beautiful viewpoint at the top of Møllebakken on the western edge of the village. From the top of Møllebakken, you can bring your dinner and enjoy views of the sea along with an im­pres­si­ve 360-degree panorama of the southern part of the island.

Pillemark also offers small roadside stands where you can buy local eggs, ve­ge­tab­les, and honey.

A small cultural gem in Pillemark is the sound in­stal­la­tion Allo la Terre, hidden inside the old telephone booth by the village pond—a charming and poetic ex­pe­ri­en­ce that plea­sant­ly surprises both children and adults.
