The house is located in Kolby Kås close to the harbour, and it is only 300 metres from the beach, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and a bathing jetty.

Welcome inside

As soon as you arrive, you will feel at home. The house is furnished in a bright and cosy style, ensuring you a wonderful stay.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the fa­ci­li­ties you need for your holiday. Next to the kitchen is a dining area where everyone can gather around the table to enjoy breakfast. From the living room, which is connected to the kitchen, you have access to the terraces where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a nice meal.

The living room has a com­fortab­le sofa and a TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a day full of ex­pe­ri­en­ces on Samsø. The bright ceilings, large windows and the patio door allow plenty of natural light in and offer views of the garden and the harbour.

The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with single beds. In total, it ac­com­moda­tes six guests who can all enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The bedrooms are bright, spacious and furnished in a cosy and fun­ctio­nal style.

In addition, the house has a large bathroom as well as two guest toilets.

From the living room, there is direct access to the covered west-facing terrace, where you can sit sheltered and enjoy your meals. The house also has a good driveway, ensuring all practical needs are covered.

The house is located in the charming coastal town of Kolby Kås in southern Samsø. From here, it is only about 300 metres to a pebble beach with a bathing jetty and beautiful sunsets.

Nearby is Vesborg Ligh­t­hou­se, where you can enjoy a specta­cu­lar view over southern Samsø and all the way to Jutland, Funen and Zealand. You can also visit Brat­tings­borg Forest – a beautiful coastal forest perfect for scenic walks.

Samsø offers many quaint villages with local shops, cafés and galleries, all easily reached by bike or car. In the harbour town of Ballen, summer brings plenty of activity and a wide selection of re­stau­rants.

In northern Samsø, you should not miss a visit to the charming town of Nordby. Here you can enjoy lunch or an ice cream by the lovely village pond. In Nordby Bakker, you can take beautiful walks through the gently rolling landscape, and at Issehoved – the nort­her­n­most point of the island – you can see where the waters of the Kattegat meet.
