Welcome inside
This cosy holiday home is situated at the end of a quiet road in a peaceful and scenic area close to Stauns Fjord and the Kattegat, ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 1 km from Besser Rev.

This older house has been con­ti­nuous­ly main­tai­ned and features a modern extension.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, kitchen, pantry, living room with dining area and cosy sitting corner, utility room and a large bathroom with shower. The wood-burning stove in the living room is ready to warm you on cooler days and evenings.

The first floor comprises a bedroom with a double bed and views towards the Kattegat, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. This bedroom offers views of the garden and the open fields. There is also a guest toilet and a living room with TV, double sofa bed, a door leading to a small balcony and views towards Stauns Fjord with a glimpse of the Kattegat.

The bright wooden ceilings and sloping walls on the first floor create a special holiday-home at­mosp­he­re, and the same calm style continues in the bedrooms. The house has a personal and relaxed interior that is perfect for holiday days without a strict schedule.

Enjoy the outdoors
The garden features large, mature trees and is sur­ro­un­ded by fields. There is a large terrace and a paved area with garden furniture. There is also a fire pit with a grill grate. The garden is fenced with a 50 cm tall fence, providing plenty of space for your dog and for enjoying the days outdoors.

On the wooden terrace by the house, you can enjoy your morning coffee outside, find a sunny spot or gather around the table for your meals. The open fields sur­ro­un­ding the area create a peaceful setting for your holiday, and the views continue up to the first floor, where you can open the door and take in the landscape from the small balcony.

Discover local ex­pe­ri­en­ces
With Besser as your base for the holiday, you have an excellent starting point for exploring Samsø and the island’s varied landscape. The charming village of Besser is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 3 km away, where you should not miss having lunch at the cosy cafe, Søster Sidevind. The island’s main town, Tra­neb­jerg, is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 8 km away and offers several shopping options and re­stau­rants.

Take a trip through the small villages, make your way towards the coast or spend the day exploring the island’s nature on foot or by bicycle. Besser is known for its beautiful sur­ro­un­dings, and a walk in the area around Besser Rev is an obvious choice when you want to get close to Samsø’s unique natural scenery.

You can also head to Ballen, where the harbour at­mosp­he­re, re­stau­rants and holiday vibes provide a lovely contrast to the peaceful sur­ro­un­dings of the house. When the day draws to a close, return to the holiday home, light the wood-burning stove and enjoy another peaceful evening on Samsø.
