Welcome inside
The holiday home exudes coziness, and the original style with wooden walls and ceilings has been preserved. This creates a cozy and classic holiday home atmosphere, so you can completely unwind and relax in this lovely house.
From the entrance hall, there is access to the bedrooms and the home’s common areas: the kitchen-dining area and the living room.
The kitchen is a classic vacation home kitchen that is open, so you can chat with those already seated at the dining table, yet it is also slightly separated from the rest of the living room. In the kitchen, you can prepare your vacation meals, and you’ll find excellent amenities such as a dishwasher and an oven/stove. The dining table, which connects the kitchen and living room, is situated by the large windows facing the terrace and the green surroundings. It’s wonderful to sit here and enjoy your holiday meals or play a game. When the weather permits, it’s also ideal to open the large sliding patio doors, so the terrace becomes an extension of the living room/family room, and nature comes right inside.
The living room is cozily furnished with comfortable furniture and large floor-to-ceiling windows facing the terrace, which provide lovely natural light and views of the green surroundings. You can also light a fire in the wood-burning stove for warmth and coziness during the colder months. The living room has a TV without channels but with a Chromecast, so you can stream your own content via your phone.
There are three bedrooms in the house. Two of the rooms are furnished with double beds and closet space, while the third room has a bunk bed for the youngest guests. In these cozy rooms, you’ll easily get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom is a small, classic cottage bathroom, but functional and with a window overlooking the forest.
You can look forward to a wonderful vacation in this holiday home, which exudes coziness. At the same time, the location is fantastic in the forest, with a lovely beach just 100 meters from the house.
Enjoy the outdoors
Mårup Forest is an attractive holiday home area, as you are surrounded by forest and very close to the sea. The holiday home is just 100 meters from a lovely sandy beach, where you can take long walks or jump into the blue waves. The forest is right next to the holiday home, so you’ll find yourself on a natural plot with heather and tall grass. The holiday home's partially covered south-facing terrace features comfortable outdoor furniture, offering both shelter and views of the forest and the sea.
The covered terrace wraps around the east side of the house, where you can sit in complete peace and quiet and enjoy the surroundings.
The Mårup Skov area is a protected nature reserve, so barbecuing is not permitted. Alternatively, you can bring a disposable grill down to the beach.
