The holiday home features a simple and practical layout with three bedrooms. All rooms are bright and nicely furnished, with good windows that allow plenty of natural light to flow in.
The living room is spacious and includes a wood-burning stove as well as direct access to the sheltered terrace. Here, there’s plenty of room for cosy moments after a day by the water.
The kitchen is simple yet fun­ctio­nal, equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, dis­hwas­her, and microwave. The bathroom is pra­cti­cal­ly designed with a shower.

The terrace is partially sheltered and furnished with garden furniture and a grill, making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors. The plot is ma­na­geab­le and easy to maintain, and the location of the house makes it quick and easy to reach the water.

The house is located very close to the beach, which can be reached via a short walk. The area offers a coastline with op­portu­ni­ties for swimming, walks, and views of the sea.
