Welcome inside your holiday home

Throug­hout the ground floor, you’ll find beautiful tiled flooring. The entire home is bright, open and modern, with a well-thought-out layout that makes it easy to feel com­fortab­le, spend quality time together and fully relax.

The kitchen is open to the entrance area, dining space and living room. It is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, dis­hwas­her, oven and cooktop. Here, you can easily prepare all your holiday meals and enjoy them at the spacious dining table, where everyone can gather. Large glass patio doors in both the dining area and living room provide direct access to the terrace and allow plenty of natural light to fill the space. When the weather allows, it’s perfect to take your meals outside.

Connected to the dining area, you’ll find a sofa and com­fortab­le chairs – ideal for a board game or a cozy evening in front of the wall-mounted TV with Chro­mecast. The home also offers free internet access.

On the ground floor, there is a bright bathroom with a spacious shower. It is designed in the same modern and inviting style as the rest of the home, featuring wooden details and white tiles.

A beautiful staircase in the center of the house leads to the first floor, where you’ll find two com­fortab­le bedrooms and an ad­di­tio­nal toilet. The bedrooms are charming with sloping ceilings and wooden floors, while still feeling bright and welcoming with com­fortab­le beds and storage space. Both rooms have single beds that can be pushed together if needed. The extra toilet adds con­ve­ni­en­ce when up to six people are staying in the holiday apartment.

Enjoy life outdoors

You can hardly get closer to one of Denmark’s most beau­ti­ful­ly located golf courses than Samsø Golfklub near Besser in southern Samsø. From the living room and kitchen area, you have direct access to a lovely enclosed terrace, where a tall fence provides privacy so you can relax un­dis­tur­bed. At the same time, you can enjoy the lush green view of the golf course – and perhaps follow the game on the fairways.

The wooden terrace is furnished with com­fortab­le outdoor furniture, a parasol and a grill. Whenever the weather permits, the terrace becomes a natural extension of the home – perfect for relaxing and cooking outdoors on long summer evenings.

On the opposite side, you’ll find the beautiful Besser Kirke just across the way. In front of the holiday apartment, there is con­ve­ni­ent parking shared with the other apart­ments.

Discover your sur­ro­un­dings

Samsø Golfklub is only about 1 kilometer from the holiday apartment. When you’re ready to move from enjoying the view to playing yourself, you can quickly reach the course and its well-establis­hed clubhouse. Here, you’ll find more in­for­ma­tion and can rent equipment for both the 18-hole course and the Pay & Play course.

Just a 5-minute bike ride away lies the charming village of Besser. Here, you can visit Søster Sidevind, which is open year-round and serves delicious Danish open sandwi­ches. In Besser, you’ll also find the Morgan Museum, where you can admire beau­ti­ful­ly main­tai­ned classic cars.

If you continue north through Besser, you’ll reach Besser Rev – a wonderful natural ex­pe­ri­en­ce in any kind of weather. Until mid-July, however, the area is closed to visitors due to nesting birds around Stauns Fjord.

A few ki­lo­me­ters from the apartment is Ballen, a lively harbor town with a wide selection of re­stau­rants and shops. During summer, you can often enjoy live music and events in town. In week 29, Samsø Festival also takes place here.

Across the entire southern part of the island, you’ll find many cozy villages that are easy to explore by bike. Tra­neb­jerg, the island’s largest town, is also just a short distance away. Here, you can do your grocery shopping, visit the tourist in­for­ma­tion, explore Samsø Museum or browse the local shops.

In northern Samsø, beautiful nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces await in Nordby Bakker, where you can enjoy short or longer walks with stunning views over the landscape and the Kattegat Sea. In Nordby, you’ll find the iconic Nordby Klokketårn and the village pond – and you shouldn’t miss out on a lovely dinner or an ice cream to round off your day.
