Welcome inside
Light streams in through the large south-west facing windows in the living area, which go from floor to ceiling. This con­tri­bu­tes to the pleasant at­mosp­he­re, po­si­ti­ve­ly enhanced by the high ceilings and tasteful fur­nis­hin­gs. In the living area, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen open to the living room, which char­m­ing­ly features a wood-burning stove. If it’s cold outside, you can sup­ple­ment the warmth with un­der­floor heating and a heat pump, allowing the house to be used com­fortably all year round. On a blustery autumn day, it’s also wonderful to enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub followed by a sauna session – for example, after a walk by the Wadden Sea. The spa and sauna are, of course, located in the bathroom, along with a guest toilet. Both rooms are light and nicely decorated, just like the house’s three good bedrooms and the practical utility room.

Enjoy life outside
The house is situated on a beau­ti­ful­ly sunny natural plot, which is equipped with a sandpit and swing for the youngest family members. The paved area allows you to walk dry-footed all the way around the house to the south-facing terrace. This large and sunny terrace is partially covered and screened by a fence, and it is, of course, furnished with garden furniture and a grill, ensuring that holiday life can take place in the best possible way.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Lyngvejen is located in the southeast part of Rømø, very close to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Havneby is also just nearby, so there is easy access to the town’s su­per­mar­ket and fish shop if you want to cook for your­sel­ves. If you prefer to have food served, there are several dining options to choose from, and the town also offers a golf course and bike rental, giving you plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to stay active. For instance, you can cycle to Sønder­strand or Lakolk Beach, where you can swim in the North Sea, fly kites, and walk on the ki­lo­me­ters of sandy beaches. Another lovely activity is to drive over the dyke to the mainland to visit the Skærbæk Center. Here, you’ll find a bowling alley, art exhi­bi­tions, a café, and much more.
