Thatched summer house with a beautiful pool area and a large natural plot

A total of ten people can stay indoors in this lovely pool house, and two pets are also welcome – so if you want to invite friends and bring your dog along for a wellness holiday, it’s certainly possible at Gertrud Rasksvej 17 in the heart of Rømø.

Welcome inside
If the kids dream of having a holiday in a house with a swimming pool, their dream will come true here. Part of the house's 192 m² is dedicated to a fantastic wellness area with a pool, hot tub, and sauna, giving you ample op­portu­ni­ty to swim, play in the water, and relax in the warmth. The adjoining living area is also a lovely place to be, whether you are enjoying cooking in the open kitchen, playing board games at the dining table, or simply relaxing in the corner sofa. Four good bedrooms are di­stri­bu­ted in two sections, and if there are many of you gathered, it’s nice that there are two bathrooms in the house.

Enjoy life outside
Not only indoors but also outdoors, you and your loved ones will enjoy a de­light­ful setting for your holiday. The natural plot measures 2500 m² and is adorned with trees, heather, and other lovely greenery. The gravel parking area is spacious, allowing for multiple cars to park here – while you can relax on the lovely terraces found around the house. Perhaps espe­ci­al­ly the southwest-facing terrace, which is also the largest, will become your favorite spot when you want to lounge in the sun or relax under the parasol while the garden grill heats up. Meanwhile, while the kids wait for dinner, they can have fun swinging or playing in the sandbox, and a family table tennis tour­na­ment is also an obvious holiday pastime.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house has a great and secluded address in Rømø, as it is situated centrally in Kongsmark and slightly set back on the small Gertrud Rasksvej. There are many scenic spots nearby – for example, it’s easy to walk or bike into Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion, from where you can continue your trip to the viewpoint Spids­b­jerg. From Rømø’s eastern coast, you can gaze over the Wadden Sea towards the mainland, and if you drive a few ki­lo­me­ters west to Lakolk Beach, you can look forward to swimming in the North Sea, playing beach games, and enjoying life on a blanket on the sand.
