Large and lovely pool house for 18 people

The holiday will take place in beautiful and relaxing sur­ro­un­dings when it unfolds in this lovely and beau­ti­ful­ly renovated summer house, with a large pool area and plenty of space for 18 people.

Welcome inside
The summer house is located in Kongsmark in the middle of Rømø and has con­ti­nuous­ly been renovated to keep up with the times. In 2022, extensive im­prove­ments were made, where the house's seven bedrooms received a complete makeover – it feels almost like checking into a boutique hotel, with each room having its own unique style. A common feature of the bedrooms is the com­fortab­le double beds, which can also be separated into single beds. In addition, it is con­ve­ni­ent that they are placed in two separate sections, each with its own bathroom. If you are many gathered, you can make use of the loft, as there is space for an ad­di­tio­nal four people here. The house's third bathroom is part of the lovely pool area, where you can enjoy life in the swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. The pool room has been renovated in March 2025, so it also appears bright and modern. Another cozy gathering place is the activity room, if you want to compete in pool and table football – and otherwise, it's de­light­ful to meet in the large and high-ceilinged living area, which is furnished with a beautiful kitchen, a wood-burning stove, a long table, and a spacious sofa area. After an active day in the house's inspiring spaces, you can look forward to spending time in the spacious kitchen. Recently upgraded in 2024, the kitchen offers plenty of room for both cozy cooking moments and shared meals, where all the hungry mouths can be satisfied.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, there have also been recent im­prove­ments in the form of a large and sunny wooden terrace located south of the summer house. You have access from both the living area and the pool area, and it is a lovely and partly sheltered oasis equipped with a grill, sun loungers, and high-quality garden furniture, as well as an outdoor shower and a wonderful outdoor spa. The property measures 2,350 m², so you also have plenty of space for parking and to frolic on the lawn, which is equipped with play fa­ci­li­ties for children. The garden is enclosed, ensuring that no one gets lost while they are running around and burning off plenty of energy.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The address in Kongsmark is excellent, as its central location on Rømø makes it easy to get around this beautiful Wadden Sea island. You can quickly drive to Lakolk when you want to swim in the North Sea and enjoy the ex­cep­tio­nal­ly wide beach, and if you need a forest outing, Kirkeby tree plan­ta­tion is close by. Here, you'll also find a great forest play­gro­und, and by walking through the plan­ta­tion, you'll reach Spids­b­jerg, which is one of the island’s highest points and therefore an excellent viewpoint. The summer house is not far from Na­tur­cen­ter Tønnisgård either, which can take you on guided oyster tours and other nature acti­vi­ties. If you head south to Havneby, you can play golf, buy fresh fish, and take the ferry for an outing to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt.
