In the living room, the southwest-facing gable window extends from wall to wall, allowing you to fully enjoy the panoramic view of the open landscape while relaxing in the soft corner sofa or sitting together at the dining table. With such a large window section, the natural light is excellent, and you’ll ex­pe­ri­en­ce nature in an extra­or­di­nary way, espe­ci­al­ly at sunset. Light and views are certainly not the only qualities here, as the summer house is a beau­ti­ful­ly updated example with a cozy decor and lovely details—including a wood-burning stove and an in­te­gra­ted kitchen in the living room, as well as a sauna in the bathroom. Two bedrooms are also part of the layout, so in total, you can ac­com­moda­te four holiday guests in the house.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have direct access to a lovely terrace area that extends to the south and west of the summer house. The view from here is, of course, also im­pres­si­ve, and with birds singing and sunshine from above, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy holiday life. The lawn provides plenty of space for playing and garden games, and for the youngest family members, there is a sandbox and swings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The natural plot is large and secluded, and because it is located on a closed road, it is a peaceful place to spend your holiday. Overall, Kongsmark is a lovely place to stay, as the summer house area is set in beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings, and thanks to the central location on Rømø, it’s easy to access forests, beaches, and fun holiday acti­vi­ties. On Rømø, you can play golf, go horseback riding, try block carting at Sønder­strand, and rent bicycles in Havneby. There are good shopping options and dining establis­h­ments scattered around the island—and taking a swim in the North Sea is almost mandatory when you are just a few ki­lo­me­ters from Lakolk Strand. It is also highly recom­men­ded to take a closer look at the Wadden Sea that surrounds Rømø, as this unique tidal area is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and can certainly be described as nature of the highest caliber.
