Welcome inside
When you step inside, you are welcomed by a bright holiday home with a high, open ceiling and an interior that makes it easy to gather the family. The kitchen is open to the living room, so preparing meals can take place alongside con­ver­sa­tions, games and re­laxa­tion. The large windows offer a great view of the garden and allow plenty of daylight into the living area, while the wood-burning stove con­tri­bu­tes with a warm at­mosp­he­re during the cold days. The house has three bedrooms with a total of six sleeping spaces, which makes it a good choice for a family or a smaller group of friends. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other two each have a three-quarter double bed. The bathroom is practical with a shower and washing machine, so the everyday ne­ces­si­ties are easy to manage even while you are on holiday. Eve­ryt­hing is gathered within 73 m², giving you a com­fortab­le base between trips to the beach and excur­sions.

Enjoy life outside
Outside, a lovely wooden terrace awaits, where you can move the day's acti­vi­ties out in the fresh air. Find a sunny spot with your morning coffee, settle down with a book or gather the family for lunch when the weather allows you yo eat outside. The garden also gives the children space to play while you can enjoy a quiet moment on the terrace. On the property, you will find a sandpit that can easily become part of the small rituals of your holiday, perhaps with an afternoon spent building sandcast­les. The property borders Spongså and is separated by a wire fence, creating a natural boundary between the garden and the area around the stream. When you want to enjoying the fresh ocean air, the coast is only 400 meters away. This makes it very easy to include a trip to the beach in both your morning routine and as a spon­ta­neous afternoon walk.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From Dyngby Beach, you have a great base to explore both the coast and the co­un­trysi­de of East Jutland. Start the day by the water, where you can walk along the beach, go for a swim or simply sit down and watch life along the coast. If you would like to visit a cozy harbour town, head to Hou, where you will find shops and ferry con­nections to Tunø and Samsø. This gives you the op­portu­ni­ty to turn an ordinary holiday day into a small island adventure if you feel like it. Odder is around a 10-minute drive away and is ideal when you need shops, cafés or a little town life. If you have more time, Aarhus is around 25 minutes from the holiday home by car. Here you can explore Den Gamle By or take the family to Tivoli Friheden. This means you can start the day with a peaceful trip to the beach, continue with ex­pe­ri­en­ces in the city and then return to your quiet holiday base at Dyngby Beach.
