A holiday house for those who want to stay in a holiday house with year-round quality. Eve­ryt­hing is built in good solid materials. There is un­der­floor heating in the entire house, two bedrooms, entrance with good wardrobe space, utility room, tree nice bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen-dining area as wall a living room.

In the two bedrooms there is single beds, good closet space and TV incl. Cromecast. Moreover, there is great space for playing in these rooms.
The third bedroom is with a double bed, good closet space and direct access to your own beautiful bathroom.

The gathering place inside is ab­so­lu­te­ly the large kitchen-dining area in direct con­nection to the living room. The kitchen has eve­ryt­hing that you, as a modern family need, during your stay. In the living room there is a TV + Cromecast, where your own TV subscrip­tion can be streamed.

In both bathrooms there is a WC and shower as well as good space for storage of be­lon­gings. In the entrance there are both a washing machine and a dryer.

Outdoor
The holiday house is suitable for relaxing and fun, but there are also room for playing on the lawn.
There is many nice garden furniture, position chairs and a sun lounge, which you can enjoy with the family during your stay. On the house´s charcoal grill you can cook the dinner, while you can have fun and talk about the ex­pe­ri­en­ces of the day and tomorrow.

The driveway has room for four cars.

Location
The holiday house is located by one of East Jutland´s very best bathing beaches. The sand beach is very child friendly and has “Blue flag”.
The area of Strandvænget, where the house lies, is a new and very popular holiday house area close to most things.

In walking distance lies Re­stau­rant Bon­de­hu­set, Vaf­fel­hu­set, Trekanten (pizza) and Strands­hop­pen with various groceries.

In Saksild you can find Denmark´s oldest mini golf course, where you can challenge each other and eat tasty big ice creams.

The small cozy harbor town Norsminde is not far away, and here you can enjoy an ice cream or eat at the reputable Norsminde Kro.

If you like an active holiday, it can e.g. unfold by the water, on a bicycle or by hiking in the beautiful nature of the area.
There is a lovely ferry crossing from Hou to the islands Tunø and Endelave.

Only 8 km. from the house is Odder, which offers the nicest pe­de­stri­an street with nice shopping op­portu­ni­ties, large selection of grocery stores and nice at­tra­ctions. The bowling center “Kuglen og Keglen” in Odder also has many outdoor acti­vi­ties for the whole family.

Half an hour drive from the house is Aarhus, Denmark´s second largest city, enjoyed and ex­pe­ri­en­ced. Here you can find e.g. Den Gamle By, art museum Aros, shopping center Bruuns Galleri and Tivoli Friheden.
