Welcome inside

Inside, you enter a holiday home designed for you who ap­pre­ci­a­te generous space, high comfort, and well-con­si­de­red solutions. The house is built with solid materials and features un­der­floor heating throug­hout, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

The holiday home offers three com­fortab­le bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with single beds and good wardrobe space, providing room for both re­laxa­tion and play. The third bedroom features a double bed, ample storage, and direct access to its own bathroom, adding extra comfort during your stay. In all three bedrooms, you will find a TV with Chro­mecast and access to the house TV package, and you can easily stream your own TV and streaming services.

The natural gathering point is the large, open-plan kitchen and dining area, which connects directly to the living room. There is plenty of space for cooking together and enjoying shared meals, and the kitchen is fully equipped for modern holiday living. In the living room, you also have a TV with Chro­mecast and access to the house TV package, making it easy to stream your own services here as well.

In addition, the holiday home includes an entrance hall with good wardrobe space and a practical utility room with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer—details that make your stay espe­ci­al­ly com­fortab­le. With a fast internet con­nection of 500/500, there is also the option to take care of a bit of work if needed.

Enjoy life outdoors

The garden of the holiday home is well suited for re­laxa­tion and pleasant moments together, while also offering plenty of space for free play on the lawn.

Several sets of garden furniture, ad­ju­stab­le chairs, and sun loungers invite you to enjoy your stay outdoors with the family. On the charcoal grill, you can prepare dinner while you relax and talk about the day’s ex­pe­ri­en­ces and the plans for tomorrow.

The driveway provides parking space for up to four cars.

The holiday home is located by one of East Jutland’s very best beaches. The sandy beach is par­ti­cu­lar­ly child-friendly and proudly flies the Blue Flag.

The Strandvænget area, where the house is located, is a newer and very popular holiday home area close to eve­ryt­hing you need.

Within walking distance, you will find Re­stau­rant Bon­de­hu­set, the Waffle House, Trekanten (pizza), and the Strand Shop with a selection of daily groceries.

In Saksild, you can also visit Denmark’s oldest mini golf course, where you can challenge each other and enjoy large, delicious ice creams.

It is only a short distance to the small and charming harbour town of Norsminde, where you can enjoy an ice cream or dine at the well-regarded Norsminde Inn.

If you enjoy an active holiday, there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties at the water, on a bicycle, or on foot through the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings.

From Hou, there are daily ferry crossings to the islands of Tunø and Endelave.

Only about 8 ki­lo­metres away lies Odder, which offers a charming pe­de­stri­an street, great shopping op­portu­ni­ties, a wide selection of grocery stores, and in­te­r­e­sting sights. The bowling centre Kuglen & Keglen in Odder also offers many outdoor acti­vi­ties for the whole family.

A half-hour drive brings you to Aarhus, Denmark’s second-largest city, where you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce at­tra­ctions such as Den Gamle By, the ARoS Art Museum, the Bruuns Galleri shopping centre, and Tivoli Friheden.
