Welcome inside
A lovely holiday home with plenty of character, both inside and out. The holiday at­mosp­he­re quickly settles in here, and with one of Denmark’s finest bathing beaches just 175 metres from the house, eve­ryt­hing is in place for a wonderful holiday.

The heart of the holiday home is the open-plan kitchen and living area, located in the centre of the house. There is plenty of space here for the whole family to spend time together.

There are two good bedrooms – one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and an ad­di­tio­nal pull-out bed. There are also two sleeping places in the living room. The holiday home also has a lovely bathroom, and if you need to do some laundry during your stay, there are fa­ci­li­ties for this as well as a tumble dryer, ideal for towels and other holiday es­sen­ti­als.

If you bring a tablet or laptop, you can make use of the wireless internet in the holiday home. You can also stream your own TV pro­gram­mes via Chro­mecast.

Enjoy life outdoors
Outside, you will find a large terrace where you can almost hear the sea, which is only 175 metres from the holiday home. The inviting terrace can be largely shaded by the large parasol, giving you plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy the sunshine or relax in the shade, depending on what you prefer. If you enjoy a morning swim, the short distance to the beach makes it easy to take a re­fres­hing dip before rinsing off under the outdoor shower af­terwards.

The garden is pleasant and enclosed, so when you wish to enjoy the outdoor hot tub, you can do so in complete privacy.

The holiday home is the nearest neighbour to Denmark’s oldest mini golf course, where you can enjoy delicious ice cream and a wide selection of well-poured beers. Around 10 to 12 live music events are held here each summer, so you can even dance in the garden to the music without leaving the holiday home. During these periods, there may therefore be some cheerful holiday sounds and music drifting over the hedge.

The holiday home enjoys a wonderful location close to the sea. Saksild Beach is one of Denmark’s finest beach desti­na­tions, with soft sand and inviting bathing con­di­tions without large waves or strong un­dercur­rents. The local area also offers mini golf, a re­stau­rant and an ice cream kiosk.

If you would still like a little city at­mosp­he­re, Aarhus, Denmark’s second-largest city, is only around 25 minutes away by car. Here you can visit at­tra­ctions such as ARoS Art Museum and Den Gamle By, The Old Town. On the way to Aarhus, you will also find Moesgaard Museum, MOMU, which is always worth a visit with its fa­sci­nat­ing ar­cha­e­o­lo­gi­cal and et­h­no­grap­hic exhi­bi­tions.
