Lovely and spacious holiday home on two levels at Saksild Beach

Interior
This holiday home is newly renovated and on two levels. The rooms are bright and spacious in a cosy way. The ground floor consists of a large living room open to the kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a utility room. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor of the house there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two double sofa beds. From the double bedroom there is access to the balcony with sea views. The house is very child-friendly with two chil­dren's beds and a high chair.

Outside
The holiday home has two lovely terraces, one of which is partially covered, with a barbecue and sun loungers. The house also has a large garden where you can play ball games and other outdoor acti­vi­ties. The garden is very child-friendly with a large garden.

Location
The house is located in the centre of Saksild Strand, which is Eastern Denmark's most at­tra­cti­ve holiday home area. The house is just 300 metres from the beach and the re­stau­rant Bon­de­hu­set. There is a short distance to public transport with direct con­nection to Odder, where there are good shopping op­portu­ni­ties such as the su­per­mar­ket Kvickly, Odder golf course, indoor swimming pool Spektrum Odder, the indoor bowling lanes "Kuglen og Keglen", and much more.
