Welcome to a lovely holiday house which can ensure you an ab­so­lu­te­ly wonderful stay with family and friends. A holiday house for those who want to stay in a holiday house with year-round quality, and where many nice details have been thought of.

The house has sleeping places for 6 adults and 2 children. One of the bedrooms includes a double bed and have direct access to the beautiful bathroom with toilet, shower, and spa. There are two bedrooms in con­nection to the activity room – both with double beds. There is a sofa bed in the activity room and a hem with mattres­ses. There is great space, so you can divide you as it suits you best.

At the entrance there is a guest toilet and washing machine, dryer, and a changing area for the little ones. There is un­der­floor heating in the entire house.

The kitchen dining area and the living room is a lovely, large open room with a nice light incidence from both sides. The kitchen contains eve­ryt­hing you are going to need during your stay. There is also a wine re­fri­ge­ra­tor and Quooker with boiling water.
You can gather around the dining table for the meals of the day and af­terwards hang out in the sofa in front of the TV with a good movie, while you might have light up the wood stove at the cool days.

There is a TV-package with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian Channels. There is also a Chro­mecast and Internet speed 100/100.

The activity room contains table football, TV, and Play­Sta­tion to the great delight of both large and small. So, if the Danish Summer offers rain, there is the po­s­si­bi­li­ty of many hours of play indoors.

Outdoor
There are terraces on both sides of the house with nice garden furniture, parasols, and loungers. The terrace with directly access from the living room has electric awning, which can ensure you shade on the sunny days over the beautiful plank table.

At this terrace it is obvious to prepare the dinner of the day at the gas grill and enjoy the time with the family. After the dinner or maybe before, you can meet up at the outdoor bar for a cool drink or a game of dart.
The beach is only 300 m. from the house and maybe you want to go for a long walk here or take a fresh swim. When you return to the house, you can enjoy an outdoor bath at the terrace.
In the garden there is a campfire and shelter, which can surely tempt you to spend the night outdoors. The garden generally invites to free play and fun for everyone.

Location
If you like peace and quiet, but at the same time with the po­s­si­bi­li­ty of beach and bathing water, which can be reached in a 300 meters walk, then this holiday house has the perfect location for you and the family.

The holiday house is close to Aarhus and the bus leaves several times a day. Take for example the bus into Aarhus and enjoy a cup of coffee or a lunch by Åen in the middle of the city, and af­terwards take a walk at Strøget with the many shopping op­portu­ni­ties.

It can also be recom­men­ded to visit the art museum Aros and Mu­sik­hu­set, which is in the middle of the city.

In Odder, which is a 15-minute drive from the holiday house, everyday shopping can be done in one of the city's many grocery stores or you can take a nice shopping trip at the city's pe­de­stri­an street.

There are also nice shopping op­portu­ni­ties in Malling and Beder, re­specti­ve­ly 3 and 4 km away.

Legoland, Givskud Zoo, Djurs Som­mer­land, Kat­te­gat­cen­tret and many other large at­tra­ctions is in driving distance from Norsminde.
